I created Perlmonks TagCloud (100 items) with RSS You can change the last number in the link to a reasonable value under 200. You may decide the value of contents.

Update: I have created Tagcloud for Perlmonks using service. You can read the complete details here. There is also a cpan module for creating tagclouds HTML::TagCloud: Tag clouds serve as a textual way to visualize terms and topics that are used most frequently. The tags are sorted alphabetically and a larger font is used to indicate more frequent term usage.

Essentially, TagCloud searches any number of RSS feeds you specify, extracts keywords from the content and lists them according to prevalence within the RSS feeds. Clicking on the tag’s link will display a list of all the article abstracts associated with that keyword.

Looks like they need a little adjustment; singular and plural tags count separately (e.g. socket and sockets both show), and the "re 4" tag (from Re^4:) was kind of funny. To be really useful, something like this is going to have to look at a lot more than 100 nodes.
