Is there a PPM for the Catalyst bundle somewhere? doesn't seem to be in the ActiveState repository.

    Don't know for PPM but for those using Debian looking for .deb just add in your /etc/apt/sources.list :

    #catalyst deb http://pkg-catalyst.alioth.debian.org/ binary/
