So what if Perl use is down?
Business will still want to invest in products that will be purchased by a developing community. If the RATE of development is slowing, then sure the consumption of new products will decrease, but new products are needed anyway. Besides, reports like that are so fickle. update: let's go back to C. The world was better then.
