CPAN Module not showing up

by cnd (Acolyte)

cnd has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

Hi All,

Why is my module "Device-LabJack 0.01" not showing up in my CPAN Directory, and not being "findable" using ?

It *is* there, it's just not showing up for anyone to find. You can see some things about it, like the test results here:-

... so what's wrong?

FYI - I have tried re-uploading it, I've checked that it's almost identically formatted to my other modules that *are* listed, and I've asked the CPAN people several times (no reply) so this Q is my last resort :-)

How long have you waited? Updates are not always instantaneous...

According to the CDRAKE directory on CPAN, it would seem it's been up since May. It's just not in the CDRAKE listing on (I took very a quick look at the tarball and didn't see any glaring issues so I don't know why that would happen.)

For CDRAKE -- if you increment the version number and resubmit to PAUSE, what kind of messages do you get?
