Q&A questions are the only nodes that can be deleted by non-gods. However, an Editor Requests petition can also cause the node to be deleted, by one of the aforementioned gods. A final way is the nodes to consider feature: see vroom's recent post on the matter - however, check out the point by extremely in the reponses for a caveat.
