My dutch is not that strong anymore (I moved to Canada when I was 8), but the correct spelling is 'klootzak'. There is even a reference on wikipedia that confirms that you are correct in the meaning of the word. I'm sure everyone feels a whole lot better now that this is cleared up ;-)
