Are you using only cgi? How many access do you have ?
Think on fast-cgi or better (in my oppinion) Mod_Perl...

Using apache? See mod-status info (with ExtendedStatus On)...

See this node suggested here to examine your apache .............

    I may be off base here, but I'd guess it isn't Apache related, more likely DB bound or a slow background process.

      Marco and Lee, This is about entering one form, and then wait two minutes. Then the next one, and so on. Unbelievable but true. I have no information about the implementation. If I was a decision taker, I would kick it out. Thanks for your comments. I will use WWW:Mechanize, as proposed above. Ton
