I think some of the monks have been a bit unkind. The following script will do what you want.

#!/usr/bin/perl

use strict;
use warnings;

my $prog = 'Compare2MSSQLDatabases';
system $prog or die "$?";

I'm sure if you ask MS nicely they will donate the Compare2MSSQLDatabases program.
