    Apparently it doesn't go there until after it has been hashed out. I really don't follow Parrot development that closely these days. In any case, you can find it here.

      not precisely. since the name of the document has recently been changed (s/threads/concurrency/,) the website link has not been updated. i've entered a ticket for this, and it should be fixed shortly. i'll update this thread when that occurs.
