Which version of perl do you have? I assume it is broken (or broken install). If you can - download latest perl from ActiveState and reinstall. Created ppm of last version of Graph.pm. Download http://chorny.net/perlmod/Graph-0.80.zip, unpack and run 'install.bat'.
