Adding use strict; requires that you declare variables using my. For example in:

my ($Drivers, $Points_Rank, $TotalPts, $Behind, $Starts, $Poles, $Wi +ns, $Top5, $Top10, $DNF, $Winnings) = split /\,/, $line;

the my is required.
