    Kiran, I can't help you out for a couple of reasons:

    • You'd learn a lot less about Perl than you would if you wrote it yourself;
    • When it misbehaved, you'd ask for me for support;
    • There are some things about your environment that I don't know -- anything I wrote might fail for a variety of reasons;
    • This site is about helping others with *Perl* problems, not about how to develop software;
    • You'd ask me to write your next script; and
    • I'm not able to take on any consulting work at this time, due to family and professional demands on my time.

    You're going to have to write this yourself. To educate yourself, I highly recommend using O'Reilly's books on Perl (see http://www.ora.com/ for what's available), as well as getting familiar with any local user groups in your area.

    I wish you good luck on your journey.

    Hi Kiran.

    Request YOU to please give YOUR approach in Perl Script.

    So much for your claims about trying to improve.
