Any special reason why you want to shell out to psinfo? There's the Win32::Process family of modules on CPAN.

I'm using PStools only because I have to get this done quickly for the New DST changes, and am not yet familiar with the Win32 modules. Will learn them though eventually. Thank you everyone for you help. It's working properly now!	[reply]
