I voted for Tom Baker as he was the first on that I saw on our local PBS channel, but I would give high props to Christoper Eccleston , Peter Davidson and Sylvester McCoy.
David Tennant isn't bad, but the scriptwriting seems a bit political for a kid's show. I honestly haven't seen enough of Tennant to give him a thumbs up or down.
