I think "GISIT" is some weirdo translation from a German institution into English - I searched for bsi quality of deterministic random number generators (BSI is the "Bundesamt für Sicherheit in der Informationstechnik", which roughly could translate to "(Federal) German Institute of Security in IT", and it's a renowned institution) and found http://ece.gmu.edu/crypto/ches02/talks_files/Schindler.ppt, which seems to be a PPT accompanying your PDF. Also, see the references in this paper that cite AIS 20 and AIS 31, two publications also mentioned on the Wikipedia page. Searching the http://www.bsi.de page for AIS 20, AIS 31 and BSI2, I find:
