I agree with hsm. Especially the "...even a well organized linked online document still has yet to beat a dog eared book." But I would also agree with the others that I just don't think there is enough "general interest" in the community-at-large to justify a formal publication. A downloadable pdf, on the otherhand, would be real nice.
