    Yes, exactly. The San Francisco group still meets pretty regularly (we did a rousing round of lightning talks not too long ago):
    sf.pm.org

    Sometimes we cop-out and just hang out with the BASS folks:

    There's also a fair amount of overlap with the local postgresql group (which usually, but not always, meets in the east bay):
    pugs.postgresql.com
    postgresql.meetup.com

    Oh, and the local linux group has got some good talks coming up:
    BALUG
    (Though of course SVLUG is going strong also.)
