No mention of "two cigarettes and a cup of coffee" preferred by many members of my parents' (born pre-ww2) generation, thank goodness; tobacco smoke makes me sick. My preference is toast and coffee, although when I (very rarely) eat out for breakfast, I usually get scrambled eggs, hash browns, and sausage.
