Noodles! (China) Wuhan noodle specialty, together with a nice bowl of soymilk. I'd go for that over anything else. For those who wonder, the noodles are topped with sesame paste, seaweed, chili sauce and chopped spicy green vegetables I can't recall the name of... Lu.
