On any platform ... you could try the Activestate Komodo IDE Komodo IDE If you are looking for something free on MSs Windows.. try the Open Perl IDE Open Perl IDE Haven't tried it .. but i've heard pretty decent reviews of Perl Express as well... PerlExpress Update: added platform info
