    Although I don't believe that this is the place to ask such a question (this is a forum to recieve help in programming perl, not a place to petition people to do the work for you), I suppose you could check out Cgi-Resources.com - they seem to have a fairly good amount of code and I am sure that you will be able to find something to fit your needs.
