Indeed I was joking, and not even half serious ( my $serious = int (1/2); ). And I would concur that an inline summary rather than a(nother) link to some HowTo nodes would probably be more effective. And yes, I confess I have often clicked those checkboxes without truly having read and agreed to the T's and C's.
