I'm not saying that context sensitivity is bad. I'm saying that switching contexts should be lossless. Lossy context switches lead to hard-to-debug issues.

My criteria for good software:
  1. Does it work?
  2. Can someone else come in, make a change, and be reasonably certain no bugs were introduced?
