You are running a free Perl programming course? Very interesting. Is the course material somewhere available? I run such a course too in our local computer club and would be interested to exchange views and material. My course is in the Dutch language though.

Free Perl Course Project still very much early days with it, but I have plans to take things much further :) Have a look through the Wiki and join the mailing list and we can chat about things.

This thread is getting kindof deep, but is there a registry of sorts for these courses. Ovid (I think, please /msg me if this is wrong and I will correct it) had a cgi course, cosmicperl's course, and CountZero, merlyn, and a myriad of other courses could be useful to have in one location.
Now maintenance of that list is another matter... :-)
