This is not a perl question but here are some answers.
  • Apacheconf -- from RedHat
  • Apachetoolbox
  • webmin - can be found at freshmeat.net
These are all tools if you are running a *nix Apache server.

    It is indeed a Perl question, as I meant Perl modules to aid in configuring Apache. I am building a web application to do a bunch of different stuff and I wanted to include configuration of Apache. Pardon me if I posed the question in the wrong area.
      Sorry if I came off a little disgrutled but do check out webmin. If you download the tar.gz file you can look at the code that they used to configure apache. It is all done in Perl.
