hnd has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:
hello........
can some one tell me how to handle tcp packets???
like specifying the flags that are to be turned on etc.
in C we use linux/tcp.h so i tried to convert it to a perl library and it was a mess
please help
