My only reason for ever learning or doing any programming was because I could never get any real programmers to write the programs I thought were needed.

I would not accept that what I wanted was really "impossible". Often they didn't really seem to comprehend what I was trying to say, or didn't listen long enough to really get it.

Well I shouldn't say never.

ARPA/DARPA did get a few thing going, and the W3C has done a lot, Google, etc. but as much as things progress, I still feel frustrated that they just, either didn't quite understand, or just couldn't quite get it right.

I hope my (fumbling attempts at) programs will inspire some actual real programmers to write some real programs that do what mine do, or try to do, but much much better.
