However i think that pointing to the existence of such tools as a reason for lack of well-structured documentation is a rather weak excuse. Good documentation is a virtue of any developer, shouldn't PM go ahead with good example in that too? 1) never concedeed it is weakly structured 2) never proffer search as an excuse 3) it is simple fact of computers, if you don't search, you're reading books :)
