It is misinformation. It clearly says admins were vilified for notifying all users. Untrue. Factually incorrect. All users were not notified.

Admins were vilified for posting the notice to The Monastery Gates, in an attempt to notify all users visitng the site, as I said in my addendum.

You well know the impossibility of notifying some 40K users, who may well have inputted bogus e-mails, e-mails that were current when inputted but have since fallen out of use, etc. Not to mention spam filters and so on. I can only conclude your definition of "factual" differs greatly from my own.

More factual inaccuracies. I provided a detailed outlet on how to email and text to accompany it.

And how, exactly, do you e-mail users with no valid e-mail address on file?
