What are the criterias of a "good" Perl IDE?
What kind of question is that? There's no answer to that. Different people will have different criteria, and even if they have the same criteria, they'll have different tresholds as to when it's "good" and when it isn't.
I'd say, everyone should use whatever he/she finds to work best for them, and just ignore what other people find "good".
Now, personally, the #1 criterium for a "good" IDE for me is that it should leave the colours as I define them. Text is black, and no other colour is to be accepted. Having a screen full of different colours makes it look like a kindergarden booklet. ;-)
