    my $csv = Text::CSV->new({ binary => 1 });
      Using that line gives me the following error message:
      Can't locate auto/Text/CSV/getline.al in @INC (@INC contains: c:/Perl/ +lib c:/Perl/site/lib .) at Process_CSV.pl line 59 (#1) Uncaught exception from user code: Can't locate auto/Text/CSV/getline.al in @INC (@INC contains: +c:/Perl/li b c:/Perl/site/lib .) at Process_CSV.pl line 59 AutoLoader::AUTOLOAD('Text::CSV=HASH(0x15db250)', 'GLOB(0x15d5 +170)') cal led at Process_CSV.pl line 59

        This indicates that you are using a very old version of Text::CSV

        $ perl -MText::CSV -wle'print $Text::CSV::VERSION' 1.13 $ perl -MText::CSV -wle'print $Text::CSV_XS::VERSION' 0.67

        Text::CSV below 1.00 is close to useless
