New Section: Announcements

I'm frankly kind of surprised that somebody hasn't already suggested this, but I think it would be a reasonably good idea to create an "announcements" section, for those of us who are releasing code (be it artificial, genetic, or additions to currently existing code (I couldn't find a marriage announcement. Have none of us gotten married since PM began?)). Whaddya think?

Announcement nodes usually end up either in Meditations, Perl News or Perl Monks Discussion, depending on the nature of the announcement :)
