Since no one is has replied yet, I'll give it a shot. I'm no encryption expert, but I think you should be able to sign and encrypt your messages with PGP in perl and as long as you distribute the proper keys, outlook should be able to open them.

    AFAIK, Entrust products don't support OpenPGP, neither does Outlook. Have a look onto one of the SMIME modules.
