    I've never used the PDK nor PerlApp, but I checked the perlapp synopsis. I would add Devel::Trace to your script as you normally would. Then, from the command line, you'll need to use the --add option to get perlapp to pickup on Devel::Trace. I'd do this:
    perlapp myscript.pl --add Devel::Trace
    .
      Ok i made it. Thanks for your help

      Here is the solution.

      perlapp --debug -

      Add - to use the perl debuger.

      Enable and disable trace in the perl script

      use Devel::Trace; $Devel::Trace::TRACE = 1; # Enable $Devel::Trace::TRACE = 0; # Disable
