So you are using the WebGUI namespace even though this code does not make use of plain black's WebGUI Perl web app system?

The mantra of every experienced web application developer is the same: thou shalt separate business logic from display. Ironically, almost all template engines allow violation of this separation principle, which is the very impetus for HTML template engine development.

I checked CPAN; no one has staked any claims in the WebGUI namespace. Apparently I'm going to have to rename anyway, though, because Plain Black have trademarked "WebGUI". Thanks for the tip. Any suggestions?	[reply]

I really like this app. I fear it is going to consume much of my free time now that it is so easy to produce webapps :) It competes with Squatting in terms of simplicity. But anyway, it doesnt really webify a command-line app, or something like `App::ToWeb` would be appropriate. To me, it seems like `CGI::Quick` or `CGI::Now` would be a good name. Thanks very much! Squatting is indeed interesting, but attempts to address more than this does. I.e. is "thicker". I'm leaning toward "CGI::AppEasy"...	[reply]
