I'm a perl n00b. Maybe not a total n00b. I've been doing this a few years, mostly at the "I need to build a birdhouse" level. I've dived (dove? dave?) back in to learn how to be a grown-up programmer.

I use perl to fight crime, lazily.

People say perl is a dead language. I would disagree.

And if it were a dead language, I would point out that death is nothing more than a way to be very, very lazy.

I use strict, warnings, and vim, although I have a srs crush on SublimeText2.
