sorry, but making sites only for IE won't do it anymore.

Never heard of using TCL before, but as far as I searched it's only usable through a plugin, no good either.

    Why would a plug-in disqualify it? Flash needs a plug-in and it is considered mainstream.

    I do agree TCL is not mainstream, but that was not the point: I only wanted to show that there are other scripts than JavaScript one can use in a webpage.
