Is brother perlnewsbot ill?

by traveler (Parson)

I noticed that brother perlnewsbot has not been reporting perl news since February. I know I should keep closer track of my brethren, but I have been behind in following the news, so I did not notice his illness until today. Could one of the brothers or sisters who knows him more personally please check on his health? I especially miss his reports on new CPAN modules.

If, perchance, his illness was announced previously, please forgive this inattentive monk.

The news.perl.org site that the news was pulled from is no more. It's been incorporated into use Perl;. Presumabley some kind of tweaking needs to be done to point the newsbot at the relevant RSS feed.
