But it annoys me to no end to see people pretending that really everything's great and why change anything? Where did you see that? All I see is increasingly silly claims, either easily refuted or unprovable, cited as reasons change is needed. Not merely needed, but vital. To borrow a metaphor I need a new ferrari because my old car doesn't have racing stripes, or I'll die.
