Sorry, but having just looked again, I still have no clue what you are trying to achieve, or how the code you've posted is failing to live up to that requirement. You need to step back from the code you've written and write down a description of what you are trying to do in words. It doesn't have to be hugely detailed, but it should contain enough background detail that someone who has no knowledge of your problem can begin to see what you are trying to achieve. Until you can explain what you are trying to do, you will not stand a chance of doing it. And we will stand no chance of helping you. One technique that you may find useful I always knew as "the cardboard programmer", but is apparently better known by the term Rubber Duck Debugging. Examine what is said, not who speaks -- Silence betokens consent -- Love the truth but pardon error.
