Just as a sidenote-- if you want stock quotes and all that finance goodness then go check out Finance::Quote instead of all that socket stuff.

$_.=($=+(6<<1));print(chr(my$a=$_));$^H=$_+$_;$_=$^H;
print chr($_-39); # Easy but its ok.
