doublequotes in node titles

when using doublequotes in node titles, they appear when you initially go to the 'preview page', but all text after the first doublequote is removed from the text field for each successive preview or eventually the submit.

shouldnt be too hard to fix.

That happened to me when I first started here, then cleared up soon after. So it's broken again?
