I don't think there's a version for the Palm. I did find a version for HPC/Pro (WinCE). The memory management on the Palm forces a segmented architecture where no segment can be above 64K; this would take some work.

If you want a language that sucks less than the usual Palm development tools (that is, C), you could look at Pocket Smalltalk, though it's not blindingly fast at runtime. Or if you're so inclined, there's Quartus Forth. Personally, I only know how to think in objects any more, and so no longer use Forth.
