It is a phonetic spelling of a contraction of a contraction. Besides that it is probably out of date with respect to its origins, its meanings are myriad, variable and undocumented. It is therefore useless as a means of communication. Leaving only its use as a form of mild expletive. With the rise and rise of 'Social' network sites: 'Computers are making people easier to use everyday'
