Does $MOBILLLLE_Proxy contain the IP address (with no trailing newline or other extra whitespace) of a local interface?

If you think it does, try finding out which of the system calls in IO::Socket::INET::configure is failing.

      Nothing I said is specific to Perl.

        The script is cent percent correct, because its already a working proccess in another server, currently we just migrate from that server to new server, in that i got this error, last 2 days iam spending for this error but i didnt get any useful links,finally i came here
