It seems that kobesearch was originally set up by Dr Randy Kobes. Be aware that, sadly, Randy passed away about 18 months ago: Sad news (Dr Randy Kobes). I don't know who has taken over kobesearch nowadays.

    It does not seem anybody has taken this over and over the last months more and more elements of this site dropped (like the "new modules" lists and such).

    I guess bit rot has finally brought it all down.
