mmmh... not sure if this is the place to copy a copyrigthed script, unless you have a permit from Cambridge University Press, probably shouldn't do this

... in any case, can you explain what do you mean with "get the structure"? Is your desired oputput like a 3d picture of a protein, or like a genetic plot, or something else? what are you trying to do?
