It's like baking a cake when you have empty cupboards and you have to run to the shops to buy each ingredient when the recipe calls for it.
So flexible that you can bake anything in the recipe book... But not exactly the most efficient way to do things.

Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
