As I said in Re^2: Recruitment Q? (hole/dike?), I'd agree except that once you start letting jobs postings in, you'll soon be inundated with jobs postings; at least that has been my experience on more than one occasion.
How about instead we ask people who want to let fellow monks know about some job or who are looking for jobs put the information on their home node (with dates) and those who want to look for such can use super search to find [x]Users that mention "job_offer" or "need_work"...
