As far as I understand it XP is mostly about eliminating project management by having the client sit down next to the programmer and telling him directly what he's expecting from the program. This is not eliminating project management. It's about improving information flow. There's still a project and the work is still being managed. It's just not being managed with a bunch of charts, out of date documents or unwanted features that are hidden away until they are revealed a few months past the deadline. Just because it's not being done the old way doesn't mean it's not being done (or that the old way is necessarily bad, for that matter.) Cheers, New address of my CGI Course.
